Attendance figures won't be known until the last day, but if the rains stay away, organizers of the Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival say they may be looking at a record turnout this year.
Marc Iacona is executive director and co-producer of the festival.
He says it all comes down to Friday and Saturday.
A record 187-thousand people attended last year -- five thousand more than 2011.
He says the music will go on -- rain or shine.
Iacona says there are various club pass venues people can catch music and get out of the rain.
There's also a free tent where people can wait it out.
The festival wraps up Saturday night.
