UPDATE- 7:30PM-Thursday-RPD says Douglas Spencer has been found & is ok. They released this statement:

Douglas Spencer was located by Goodman Section Officers at 188 Long Ridge Avenue in Greece.

Officers transported him to RGH with the assistance of AMR ambulance

The medical staff at RGH states that Mr. Spencer is in good health.  Upon discharge, Mr. Spencer will be released to The Office for Persons with Developmental Disabilities for further care. Rochester police are asking for the public's help in their search for a missing vulnerable adult.

They say 62-year old Douglas Spencer, a man with developmental disabilities, may be in need of medical attention.

Spencer was last seen on East Main Street at 4:30 Wednesday afternoon.

He was a passenger in a gray 2004 Chevy Trailblazer with New York plates.  Spencer was wearing a gray t-shirt with the Amerks logo, with jeans and a tan jacket. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds.

Anyone who has information is asked to call 911.
