Rochester student indicted in connection with East High threat

A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a Rochester City School District student with two counts of “making a terroristic threat” after she allegedly made a Facebook post threatening to shoot people at East High School.

23 year old Abigail Hernandez who is said to having learning disabilities, was arrested by Rochester Police late last month.

Hernandez is an undocumented immigrant, and she has been in federal custody in Batavia. 

Police have said she  also was in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
